Shipping policy

Effective Date: 16.03.2016

These terms apply to all services and products under Lightroom Productions, including Wedding Capital, TinyToon, and VowShot.


1. Shipping Terms (VowShot – Frames, Prints & Personalized Products)

  • Order Processing

    • All personalized orders are processed only after full payment and confirmation of design proofs (where applicable).

    • Processing time varies from 7–14 working days, depending on product type and customization.

  • Delivery Timeline

    • Domestic shipping within India usually takes 5–10 working days after dispatch.

    • Delays may occur due to courier issues, natural calamities, strikes, or unforeseen events.

  • Shipping Charges

    • Standard shipping charges apply and will be communicated during checkout.

    • Free shipping may be offered on select promotions or minimum purchase amounts.

  • Tracking

    • A tracking ID will be shared with clients once the order is dispatched.

  • Damaged or Incorrect Orders

    • Clients must report any damage, defect, or incorrect order within 48 hours of delivery with photographic proof.

    • A replacement will be arranged at no extra cost. Refunds will be considered only if a replacement is not possible.

  • International Shipping

    • Currently, shipping is limited to select regions. International customers may be responsible for customs duties or taxes.


2. Photography Scheduling Terms (Wedding Capital & TinyToon)

  • Booking Confirmation

    • A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of a non-refundable advance payment (20–50% for weddings/events, 50% for baby photography).

  • Scheduling

    • Photography sessions/events are scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis.

    • Clients are advised to book well in advance to secure their preferred dates.

  • Rescheduling

    • Wedding Capital: Clients may request to reschedule an event with at least 15 days’ written notice, subject to team availability.

    • TinyToon: One free reschedule is allowed with 7 days’ notice. Last-minute reschedules (less than 7 days) may attract a 25% fee.

  • Delays & Client Responsibilities

    • Clients must ensure timely arrival at the venue/studio.

    • Any delay caused by the client may reduce available shooting time and affect the final output.

    • For outdoor shoots, clients are responsible for any permits, entry fees, or venue approvals.

  • Force Majeure / Unexpected Events

    • Lightroom Productions is not liable for cancellations/delays due to weather, strikes, health emergencies, or events beyond our control.

    • In such cases, we will work with the client to reschedule at no additional cost.
