Welcome to Lightroom Productions. By accessing our website or booking our services, you agree to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

This policy applies to:

  • Wedding Capital by Lightroom Productions (weddings & event photography/cinematography)

  • TinyToon by Lightroom Productions (baby & kids photography)

  • VowShot by Lightroom Productions (frames, prints & personalized products)

1. General

  • These Terms & Conditions apply to all services provided by Lightroom Productions, including but not limited to wedding photography, cinematography, pre-wedding shoots, drone coverage, photobooth services, live screenings, baby photography, and personalized product sales.

  • By booking our services or purchasing our products, you agree to comply with these terms.

  • We reserve the right to update or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.

2. Booking & Payments

  • A booking is confirmed only once a non-refundable advance payment (typically 20–50% of the total package) is received.

  • The remaining balance must be paid as per the mutually agreed timeline (usually on/before the event date or at delivery).

  • Payments can be made via bank transfer, UPI, cash, or other approved methods.

  • Delayed payments may affect the delivery timeline of your final outputs.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • The booking advance is strictly non-refundable.

  • If the client cancels after confirmation, the amount paid will not be refunded. Additional cancellation charges may apply if preparations have already been made.

  • In situations where Lightroom Productions is unable to fulfill a booking (e.g., medical emergency, technical breakdown, unavoidable circumstances), either:

    • A full refund will be issued within 7–10 working days, or

    • A replacement team of equal or higher quality will be arranged (subject to client approval).

4. Deliverables & Turnaround Time

  • Edited photographs, videos, albums, and other deliverables will be provided within 30–45 days from the date of photo/video selection by the client.

  • Timelines may vary based on workload, peak seasons, or unforeseen delays.

  • Raw images and footage can be shared upon request, subject to storage/transfer charges.

5. Usage Rights

  • Lightroom Productions retains copyright of all photographs and videos captured.

  • Media may be used for promotional purposes (website, social media, portfolios) only with the client’s prior written consent.

  • Clients are granted personal usage rights for their deliverables. Commercial usage or redistribution without written permission is prohibited.

6. Client Responsibilities

  • Clients must ensure timely access to the venue, subjects, and relevant permissions.

  • Specific rituals, moments, or individuals to be covered must be communicated to our team in advance.

  • Any delays or interference caused by the client/third parties may impact the final output.

7. Limitations of Liability

  • While we take utmost care, Lightroom Productions is not liable for missed moments, delays, or data loss due to equipment failure, weather conditions, power outages, or circumstances beyond our control.

  • Liability is limited to the amount paid for the service/product.

8. Image Storage & Backup

  • Edited data will be stored by Lightroom Productions for up to 3 months from the date of final delivery.

  • Clients are strongly advised to back up their files promptly, as long-term storage is not guaranteed.

9. Drone & Venue Permissions

  • Drone shoots are subject to weather conditions and local regulations.

  • The client is responsible for obtaining all necessary permissions/permits from the venue or authorities for photography, videography, or drone usage.

10. Brand-Specific Terms

Wedding Capital (Weddings & Events)

  • Media privacy is respected. Promotional use requires explicit client consent.

  • Delivery timelines follow the standard (30–45 days).

  • Rescheduling of events must be requested at least 15 days in advance and is subject to availability.

TinyToon (Baby & Kids Photography)

  • A 50% advance payment is required to confirm a session (non-refundable).

  • Clients may reschedule once without charge (7 days’ prior notice). Late reschedules may attract an additional 25% fee.

  • Child safety and privacy are a top priority. Media usage for promotions requires written parental/guardian consent.

  • No refunds are provided once final images are delivered, except in cases of proven technical faults.

VowShot (Frames, Prints & Personalized Products)

  • Full payment is required at the time of order.

  • Since products are custom-made, orders cannot be canceled once production begins.

  • Returns are not accepted for personalized items unless defective, damaged, or incorrect.

  • Clients must report defects within 48 hours of delivery with photographic proof.

  • In such cases, replacements will be arranged. Refunds will be issued only if replacement is not possible.

11. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes will fall under the jurisdiction of courts in Hooghly, West Bengal.
